About the Role

The Senior Automation Specialist is responsible for mapping the process and requirements, in line with delivering tactical solutions that optimize processes across business functions and technology capabilities with measurable business value.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics.
  • With atleast 8 and up years of experience.
  • Extensive experience working with Excel Macro (VBA), SharePoint or Microsoft Flow, RPA, ActiveX Terminal Emulator, etc. Has excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications and has experience in other coding practices (such as VBA, SQL, HTML, C#, Java, .Net, Shell Scripting);

Core Skills & Technical Proficiency

  • PowerApps – Experience designing and building Canvas or Model-driven apps or both app types.
  • Power Automate – Can automate workflows across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
  • Dataverse (Common Data Service) – Familiarity with data modeling and managing relational data.
  • SharePoint Integration – Ability to build apps using SharePoint lists as a data source.
  • Security & Permissions – Understanding of app-level security, role-based access, and data protection.

Portfolio & Experience

  • Can demonstrate or share apps they've built (live or screenshots).
  • Experience with similar industry/business challenges.
  • Able to walk through a case study or technical scenario.
