- Provide guidance on menu options, venue setups, and other event-related logistics.
Sales Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on all leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring company policies are met.
- Coordinate with the operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Customer Service:
- Provide high-level customer service before, during, and after events.
- Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business opportunities.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Provide feedback on new product offerings or service enhancements based on client feedback.
