Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence to ensure a smooth and profitable operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily activities to meet sales targets and profitability goals. Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Customer & Staff Relations: Proactively address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Ensure all team members consistently deliver high-quality, friendly, and efficient service. Train and educate staff on product offerings and services to maintain high standards.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain the overall image and cleanliness of the restaurant. Ensure all food and beverage products meet the highest quality standards. Enforce company policies and procedures, document incidents, and resolve internal issues.
  • Administrative Duties: Conduct regular staff meetings and perform other administrative tasks as needed, including those assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
