On-site - Cebu 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Our Company is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is highly motivated and has ample experience to join our team: Overseeing all aspects of the restaurants during their shift including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness standards Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards Directing and supervising staff, including assigning tasks, ensuring proper workflow Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff Keeping records of shift activities, including sales data, inventory, and any incidents or accidents that occur Ensure that daily sales goals are met Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Supervising food preparation and delivery to ensure quality and consistency Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a similar role Excellent leadership and people management skills Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong leadership and communication skills Government Mandated Benefits Maternity & Paternity Leave Sick Leave Vacation Leave Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
