Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence to ensure a smooth and profitable operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily operations to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Customer and Staff Relations: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Monitor food and beverage quality to meet company standards. Enforce operational policies and procedures, documenting incidents as required.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling, reporting, and regular staff meetings. Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
