Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and floor staff performance.
  • Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency during shifts.
  • Support and train team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
  • Assist in inventory, scheduling, and overall floor management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in F&B, preferably in a steakhouse or restaurant setting.
  • College level or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
  • Preferably residing within Cebu City.
