  • Financial management: The supervisor must manage the restaurant's finances, including cash flow, budgeting, and settling outstanding bills.
  • Customer service: They interact directly with customers, ensuring prompt and accurate service and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Leadership and management: The role requires strong leadership skills, as the supervisor must motivate and lead the restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
