East Asia Laboratories Inc. is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's purchasing activities by analyzing supplier performance, monitoring procurement data, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. The role is crucial in helping the organization achieve efficiency, quality, and savings in its supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data (pricing, supplier performance, lead times, etc.)

Monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding requirements, order status, and discrepancies

Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend procurement strategies

Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for management

Support vendor accreditation, compliance checks, and supplier relationship management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

Good communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and proactive
