Inventory Analyst

JOB SUMMARY As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee various aspects of inventory management, from receiving semi‑finished goods / raw materials and packaging materials, issuing materials to production up to delivery of bundled finished goods. You will be tasked with preparing reports, monitoring usage, and all inventory‑related tasks to support efficient operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the Production Planner and Inventory Control Lead to forecast demand for inventory materials and supplies. Creation of Job Order based on Sales Order received. Request entry of Sales Order to finance. Inventory and Warehouse Management: Develop inventory replenishment strategies based on demand forecasts, lead times, and inventory stock level. Place Purchase Requisition based on forecast / Job Orders. Ensure timely and correct issuance of materials based on an approved production schedule. Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and adjustments. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances. Lead monthly and yearly wall‑to‑wall count. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies such as FEFO and FIFO. Coordinate with transport team for truck allocation. Generate reports and insights to support decision‑making and optimize inventory performance and warehouse utilization. Supplier Management: Communicate with client /IQPLI Procurement to ensure timely delivery of inventory items. Reports and communicate to Production Planner and Inventory Control lead the excess materials every project completion and/or transition. Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implementing solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. Reporting: Preparing and presenting inventory reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management to support decision‑making and strategic planning. Additional Duties: Perform other duties and activities related to inventory and warehouse management as assigned. MEASUREMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY Material Purchase Request: Review and process material purchase requests in accordance with inventory requirements and budgetary constraints. Job Order: Coordinate with production teams to align material procurement with job orders. Delivery Receipt: Verify and document incoming/outgoing deliveries to ensure accurate receipt/delivery of materials and goods. Goods Receipt / Purchase Order Monitoring - SAP: Utilize SAP system to monitor goods receipts, purchase orders, and inventory transactions. Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed. Outbound Delivery Request: Request outbound delivery and coordinate shipment schedules to meet customer demands. Goods Issue - SAP: Transact goods issued from inventory using SAP system. Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all transactions. Inbound and Outbound Monitoring: Monitor both inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure timely processing and minimize delays. Monthly & Weekly Inventory for all materials: Conduct monthly and weekly inventory counts for both Semi‑Finished Goods (SFG), packaging materials, Finished Goods, analyzing variances, reconciling discrepancies, and tracking stock levels to identify issues or shortages. Warehouse Pallet Space Utilization: Monitor and optimize warehouse and plant utilization to maximize space and efficiency. Daily checking of warehouse conditions and implementation of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP). Transport Utilization: Booking of transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. Proof of Deliveries: Timely submission of Documents. Inbound Documents: Inbound Delivery Receipts or Sales Invoice and Goods Receipt Purchase Order for IQPLI Supplied Materials or Goods Receipt for consigned goods. Outbound Documents: Outbound Delivery Receipt/Stock Transfer Order, Delivery Receipt with Goods Receipt number, Receiving Report and Delivery Note. LOCATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS ENVIRONMENT: Work is normally performed at the office and the warehouse area. WORKING HOURS: Eight (8) hours a day Six (6) working days in a week.
