East Asia Laboratories Inc. is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's purchasing activities by analyzing supplier performance, monitoring procurement data, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. The role is crucial in helping the organization achieve efficiency, quality, and savings in its supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data (pricing, supplier performance, lead times, etc.)
  • Monitor purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding requirements, order status, and discrepancies
  • Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and recommend procurement strategies
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for management
  • Support vendor accreditation, compliance checks, and supplier relationship management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
