About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Agent - Non Voice to join the CPI Management Services' team in Taytay Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally through various communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns efficiently
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistently high level of service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Strong written and verbal skills in both English and the local language
  3. Proficient in using computer systems, software, and various digital communication platforms
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly
  5. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
