Accounting/Admin Staff

- Process invoices, AP/AR, and expenses reports from pity cash funds
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments for documents processing.
- Assist bank reconciliations and monthly closing reports
- Handling Pity Cash funds for office expenses.
- Assist Admin department in all other task
Qualifications:
- Accounting graduate or any related course
- At least 1 year job experience in related field
- Have knowledge on any accounting tools, like QuickBooks, or similar
- Detailed oriented
- Good communication skills
- Time management skill
- Willing to assign in Ayala Makati
