About the Role
We're a New York–based company building a new type of BPO/outsourcing solution for mid-market US clients. Unlike traditional call-center outsourcing, we focus on back-office and knowledge processes — data processing, accounting, bookkeeping, research, and other office functions.
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who already has experience selling BPO services and knows how to work with decision-makers in US mid-market companies. This is not a role for pure lead-gen — you'll own the full sales cycle, partner directly with the founders, and help us refine our go-to-market playbook.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning for the US mid-market.
- Consult with prospects to identify back-office outsourcing needs (accounting, data ops, research, finance support).
- Deliver presentations and proposals that clearly articulate ROI and differentiation.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with US decision-makers and executives.
- Partner with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
- Keep CRM data accurate and report on pipeline health to leadership.
- Contribute startup ideas beyond sales — help shape processes, feedback loops, and go-to-market experiments.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in BPO/offshoring/outsourcing.
- Proven track record of closing mid-market US clients (not just appointment setting).
- Strong experience in selling back-office or knowledge-process services (not customer support).
- Skilled at consultative selling and managing longer sales cycles with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable in a startup environment — resourceful, proactive, able to build structure where there is none.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and disciplined documentation habits.
- Willingness to work US-aligned hours (Remote, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Manila time, adjustable if needed).
