About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted lead generation, cold emailing, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across target industries.
  • Craft and send personalized cold email campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Manage and maintain lead databases (CRM tools, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales or leadership team.
  • Track and report outreach efforts, response rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferred, but not required if eager to learn).
  • Excellent written communication skills (clear, professional, and persuasive).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit weekly/monthly goals.
