Duties
- Preparing & processing Vehicle Sales invoice, finance monitoring
- Assisting sales agents needs and concern
- Monitors Delivered units, Plates Certificate stock report and invoices
- LTO registration documentation (PNP Clearance, invoice, LTO Payment, Landbank, Liquidation, transmittal Scan etc.)
- Monthly Submission of supporting documents to Hino Motors Philippines.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Accuracy is vital in tasks such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining records. Attention to detail helps ensure that errors are minimized.
- Adaptability
- Understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales reporting and analysis.
- Preferably with knowledge in LTMS system for LTO registration.
- With Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- With experience in sales administration or relevant administrative roles
- Willing to be assigned in Hino Parañaque Branch
- Willing to start immediately
