Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Assistant to join our offshore cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and staff. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, as the role involves regular voice calls with clients and internal teams. Experience in cleaning service operations is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  2. Schedule and coordinate cleaning service appointments.
  3. Coordinate with cleaning crews
  4. Prepare and maintain service reports, client records, and other documentation.
  5. Provide administrative support to management and operations teams.
  6. Assist in client billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  7. Ensure timely communication between field staff and office.
  8. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  9. Support recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff (if required).

Qualifications

  1. Strong command of the English language; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Prior experience in administrative support or office assistance.
  3. Experience in cleaning service operations is a plus.
  4. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure.
  7. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Employment Type: Full-time (report to our home-office setup)

Compensation:

  • Basic Pay: 25,000 PHP / month
