Job Summary:
Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing while providing administrative support to the sales team. Ensures smooth coordination with clients, proper documentation, and achievement of sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client follow-ups.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or sales admin is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
- Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home.
- Hybrid set-up
