Job Summary:

Responsible for generating leads through telemarketing while providing administrative support to the sales team. Ensures smooth coordination with clients, proper documentation, and achievement of sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote products/services and generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle client follow-ups.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or sales admin is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home.
  • Hybrid set-up
