Assistant Quantity Surveyor provides a quantity surveying service across a range of projects under the guidance of a more senior surveyor to ensure they are delivered on time and within a budget.

Job Specifications:

  • A graduate of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering is an advantage
  • License Civil Engineer is a plus but not required
  • Project Management - Must be knowledgeable in project management, civil works, vertical projects and site projects
  • Required Skills- Cost Estimation, Site verification, Coordination and technical credibility
  • Product Knowledge- Knowledgeable in mall/ restaurant/hotel and/or corporate industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of commercial and contractual aspects of relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Work closely with contract and site management staff to support the smooth running of the office and the site, carrying out other duties as required
  • Evaluate plans to create the correct workflow, sequence of work, and duration for the creation of the construction schedule
  • Initiates Bid conferences to clarify, bid queries, instruction to bidders and other information needed on the bidding process
  • Issues documents needed on the bidding process such as invitation to bid, request for proposal with terms of reference, bid bulletins, and other documents needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
