Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects — from initial estimates to final accounts — ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analysis and track project expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients for pricing and contracts.
  • Prepare and review progress claims, change orders, and variation requests.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure alignment with project specifications and budgets.
  • Support project managers and site engineers in cost planning and project valuation.
  • Prepare final accounts and reports upon project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction firm.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, project costing, and construction materials.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project cost management software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
