The Quantity Surveyors will be responsible for the comprehensive and evaluation of designated project sites/but not limited to these in Luzon Island Group:

  • Benguet, CAR
  • La Union, Region 001
  • Cagayan, Region 002
  • Pampanga, Region 003
  • Cavite, Region 004A
  • Oriental Mindoro, Region 004B
  • Camarines Sur, Region 005
  • Taguig City, NCR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and assess project activities and contractor submissions at assigned sites.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Deputy in charge
  • Prepare detailed activity breakdowns and conduct through evaluations of submitted items.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to billing and site activities
  • Address and resolve billing concerns with professionalism and sound judgement.
  • Adapt to schedule changes and shifting project requirements as necessary.
  • Attend online meetings as scheduled and confidently use collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, MS 365, Google Drive, Google Sheets, MS Libre, and Otter)
  • Communicated effectively in both English and Filipino, using a professional tone that avoids defensive or offensive language and prevents workplace or site conflict.

  • Strong professional ethics and integrity
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and document construction activities with precision
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Confidence in defending assessments and billing evaluations
  • Proficiency in online platforms and digital tools for collaboration and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
