We are looking for a highly skilled Office Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in bidding, cost estimation, construction project support, and financial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bidding documents, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for construction projects
  • Handle construction project support tasks, including billings, documentation, and contract administration
  • Ensure cost control and financial monitoring to maintain project budgets and profitability
  • Review and evaluate project plans, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to streamline project execution
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, expenses, and financial status
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in bidding, cost estimation (QS), project billings, documentation, cost control, and monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must not be employed and available to start immediately
