ler, you'll be responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers and pharmacies to secure sign
ed Collaborative Practice Agreements (CP

le clinical consultati
ons between patients and pharmacists. You'll handle high-volume outreach, document communications in our CRM system, and ensure patients move efficiently through the scheduling proce
ss.This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare coordination background, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow through across multi-step process
