HR/Admin Staff

Responsibilities:
- Implement the human resources strategies and policies in line with overall organizational goals and strategy.
- Implement and support plans that will improve the conditions of employment and employee benefits.
- Ensures that company's policies are in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Screens applicants: conducts interview and exams, assesses credentials against job qualifications, performs background check; and endorses applicants to the requesting the departments.
- Perform Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Employment Relations, Training and Development, and timekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
- With 1 to 3 years of related work experience in admin, personnel and human resources.
- Computer literate using MS Office and other basic softwares.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-starter, highly motivated, results-driven and must be able to handle pressure at all times with absolute professionalism.
- Able to handle multi-tasking jobs with minimum supervision.
- Excellent in both oral and written communication skills.
- ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
