Job Description
Role Summary
The Operations Associate will assist the Private Markets operations team in servicing the existing Promissory Note (PN) Facility and supporting the expansion of Private Markets products, including Mortgage Trust Indenture (MTI) and Escrow Accounts. This role provides exposure to alternative investment products and operational processes.

What Business Outcomes The Role Is Responsible For

  • Seamless Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of Private Credit deals and servicing of MTI and Escrow arrangements.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of MTI engagements, Escrow agreements, and PN portfolio servicing.
  • Process Efficiency: Contribute to streamlined workflows and compliance with internal standards for Private Markets operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in drafting documents and generating reports is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learning Agility: Interest in gaining knowledge of alternative investment products and operational processes.
