Sales Operations Associate (Work From Home | Metro Manila or Nearby Province)

Location: Hybrid setup with RTO

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate with strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) to support our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about keeping the sales pipeline clean, visible, and efficient.

You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM, supporting the sales team with accurate data and insights, and helping identify growth and efficiency opportunities across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot or similar), ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Review and organize incoming sales communications, flagging key leads, opportunities, and action items.
  • Track leads and deals across the sales pipeline to maintain visibility and ensure timely updates and follow-through.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating next steps, preparing relevant information, and ensuring smooth handoffs between team members or departments.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify growth, upsell, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize sales workflows and overall team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, data management, and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or tech-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting tools and automation workflows.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position (6days working/ 1 weekend off)
  • Remote work setup (Philippines-based).
  • Schedule and time zone alignment to be discussed during the interview.
