
Business Development Representative

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for offshore staffing or outsourcing
- Proven cold calling skills with a consultative sales mindset and resilience under rejection
- Strong command of conversational English with a fluent, natural phone presence
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools
- Ability to interpret KPIs and adjust outreach strategies in real time
Nice to have:
- Experience selling to law firms, legal tech companies, or financial services firms
- Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of lead scoring, buyer intent data, or segmentation strategies
What will you do?
- Make at least 70 outbound cold calls daily to U.S.-based decision-makers.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage targeted leads.
- Manage multi-step email cadences to convert leads into opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and book 8+ demos per week with high-fit prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs such as demo set rate, show-up rate, and conversion rate.
