What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for offshore staffing or outsourcing
  • Proven cold calling skills with a consultative sales mindset and resilience under rejection
  • Strong command of conversational English with a fluent, natural phone presence
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing tools
  • Ability to interpret KPIs and adjust outreach strategies in real time

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling to law firms, legal tech companies, or financial services firms
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, buyer intent data, or segmentation strategies

What will you do?

  • Make at least 70 outbound cold calls daily to U.S.-based decision-makers.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage targeted leads.
  • Manage multi-step email cadences to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and book 8+ demos per week with high-fit prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs such as demo set rate, show-up rate, and conversion rate.
