We're looking for a Project Associate for an esports events organizing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage studio level and small onsite project executions
  • Manage the logistics side of marketing campaign projects
  • Assist Senior/Project Managers in filing and other administrative related tasks
  • Assist with the planning of the event's logistics such as but not limited to transportation, lodging, and venue preparation
  • Organize project schedules
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Create project presentations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing (or similar field), or management.
  • Minimum of (3-6) months prior project management/ event management experience
  • A natural networker with a solid network in the games and tech industry
  • With a passion for the esports industry
  • Has the ability and initiative to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Can work with different departments necessary to perform his role

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite reporting
  • Monday to Friday, following a compressed workweek setup.
  • Employees may start as early as 7:00AM to 5:00PM; or as late as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary
  • HMO
  • Leave Credits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
