PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Accounting Staff is in charge of timely and accurate reporting of financial information. The Accounting Staff's primary objective is to handle duties like on time bill payments and proper deductions of taxes.

SCOPE

The Accounting Staff reports to the Accounting Manager, is in charge of new accounting policy and procedures to be implemented and standardized, ensures the accuracy of work and maintains different and confidential files.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepares Dealer Performance Reports (DPR)-TMP.

  2. Prepares Annual Financial Projection Reports-TMP.

  3. Assists the Accounting Manager in preparing internal financial statement reports.

  4. Prepares daily cash position report as basis for daily cash flow (funding and disbursement).

  5. Ensures the accuracy of Vehicle and Accessories commissions.

  6. Prepares or checks monthly summary of compensation, contribution and deductions.

  7. Prepares monthly schedule of fixed assets (lapsing).

  8. Maintains files of certificates of creditable tax withheld at source-Income Tax and VAT return purposes.

  9. Prepares Quarterly Income Tax Return and summary of creditable tax withheld.

  10. Fills-out National Statistics Office form, Quarterly Survey of Philippine Business and Industry.

  11. Prepares documents for year-end audit.

  12. Conducts yearly physical inventory of parts on hand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
