We are hiring a Sales Coordinator – North Luzon to strengthen our dealer network and support our business growth in the region. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, fieldwork experience, and a passion for driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage dealers within North Luzon territories (Tarlac, Pampanga, Pangasinan, and nearby areas).
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies across North Luzon branches to achieve company targets.
  • Build strong relationships with dealer partners to ensure growth and compliance with sales programs.
  • Coordinate sales activities, campaigns, and promotions in assigned territories.
  • Track dealer performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Provide support to dealers in sales operations, product updates, and customer service alignment.
  • Conduct market visits to ensure visibility and execution of sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales, coordination, or dealer management experience (preferably in automotive or motorcycle industry).
  • Must know how to drive 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles with a valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within North Luzon.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
