About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN'. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing sales operations and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. This is a full-time position based in Tarlac City, Tarlac.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer record keeping
  2. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  3. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  4. Coordinating with the marketing team to support sales and promotional activities
  5. Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  6. Maintaining accurate sales data and records in the company's systems
  7. Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in the food or retail industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  6. Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
