Description

The Sales Representative position is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for their employer. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Present, promote and sell the Company's products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

· Drive sales through the growth of existing clients

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales effort with the immediate supervisor

· Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

· Generate new business opportunities.

· Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community.

· Complete documents on time, such as: construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, weekly call reports

· Ensure all construction bids are consistent to the current market rate.

· Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements

· Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.

· Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.

Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Construction Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

· Proficient in Native Language (Filipino) and English.

· 1-2 years experience in construction sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
