About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kings Manpower Cooperative' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative and sales support to the sales team, including managing sales pipelines, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales proposals and presentations
  2. Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
  4. Assisting with the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  5. Identifying and addressing any customer service issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  6. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar administrative support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  5. Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales reporting
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
