Job Overview

The Workday Reporting Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate learning-related reports across the organization. This role supports the development, standardization, and automation of Workday Learning reports to ensure efficient and high-quality reporting processes. We're expanding our scope and seeking innovative individuals with strong reporting skills and a data-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily reports requested by business stakeholders
  • Maintain and manage the learning reporting catalog
  • Participate in global projects, including identifying global needs and developing solutions
  • Work on system-related enhancements such as security roles
  • Support requestors in understanding and interpreting presented data

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Workday report development
  • Hands-on experience in Workday Reporting, including the ability to generate reports directly from the platform (not limited to Excel-based reporting)
  • Knowledge of Workday dashboard creation
  • Open to candidates from shared services or other industries
  • Workday Learning Reporting experience is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory
  • Strong data mindset and comfort working with complex datasets
  • Enjoys working with large volumes of data and uncovering insights
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator for cross-functional collaboration

Required Expertise

  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and queries
  • Familiarity with ServiceNOW report development is a plus
  • Experience in process automation and reporting improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to:

- Collect, clean, and process raw data

- Correlate different data types and recognize patterns

- Interpret data to support improved business decisions

- Perform large-scale data analysis and number crunching

- Present actionable insights from complex datasets
