This role is ideal for someone who thrives working autonomously, without the need for constant supervision, and who is committed to always putting the client's interests first.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Response Time: Reply to client/property alerts within agreed SLAs (e.g., within 1 hour during business hours).
- Accuracy: 95%+ accuracy in matching property briefs with client requirements.
- Efficiency: Complete initial property assessments within 24 hours of receiving a new listing.
- Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients regarding communication and professionalism.
- Consistency: Ensure 100% of property alerts are reviewed and logged.
Experience
- Prior experience working in the real estate or property industry (e.g., real estate assistant, property researcher, buyer's agent support).
- Experience conducting property assessments and reviewing listings.
- Familiarity with property platforms, databases, and alerts.
- Previous remote/VA experience is highly preferred.
- Management systems (e.g., Trello, Asana, , or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities
- Progress client briefs and ensure smooth communication between the Buyer's Agent and clients.
- Communicate briefs via text, email, or messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Review property listings and conduct an initial assessment of suitability.
- Perform compatibility analysis between properties and client requirements.
- Monitor and respond promptly to new property alerts.
- Maintain accurate records of properties assessed and shortlisted.
- Support the Buyer's Agent with scheduling, follow-ups, and report preparation.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with the company value in mind: the right property for the right client.
