About the role

Fourleaf Development Group Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Imus City, Cavite. As a Project Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our residential property developments to prospective clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Organise and conduct property viewings, presentations and client meetings to showcase our developments
  3. Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, property updates and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process
  6. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to contribute to the overall success of our projects

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales situations
  4. Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  5. Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations in Imus City, Cavite
