E-Commerce Manager

Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement the company's overall e-commerce strategy, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and align online goals with business objectives.
- Website management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including site development, maintenance, and ensuring a user-friendly and on-brand experience.
- Digital marketing: Coordinate and manage various digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
- Sales and merchandising: Manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Analyze sales data to inform promotional strategies, pricing, and product assortment.
- Data analysis and reporting: Track website traffic, sales, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Customer experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey by managing customer service inquiries, optimizing the website's usability, and ensuring all content is error-free and on-brand.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments, including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales.
