Role Summary

The Senior Food & Beverage Attendant supports daily café operations by supervising attendants, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role takes ownership of staff coordination, stock management, and service standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage preparation and service, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Lead and support attendants in day-to-day café operations.
  • Ensure coffee bar, pantry, and dining areas are clean, stocked, and well-presented.
  • Coordinate with the team to set up for peak hours, special promotions, or small events.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with supplier coordination and ordering.
  • Train and guide junior team members in customer service and café standards.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or F&B environment, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and customer service best practices.
  • Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented, with leadership skills.
  • Comfortable guiding a team while staying hands-on in daily service.

  • Mag-coordinate para sa peak hours, promos, o small events sa shop.
  • Mag-monitor ng inventory at makipag-ugnayan sa suppliers para sa ordering.
  • Mag-train at gumabay sa junior team members sa customer service at café standards.
  • Humarap at mag-handle ng mas kumplikadong customer concerns nang may professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
