Commis Chef

Role Summary:

The Commis Chef supports kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes under the supervision of senior chefs. This role helps ensure that meals are prepared to quality standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating as directed by senior chefs
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Help with kitchen organization, including storage and inventory of ingredients
• Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and ready for use
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training
• Passionate about cooking and willing to learn new techniques
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
• A team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
