Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or operations support role.
  • Virtual Assistant or remote work experience is an advantage.
  • Background in recruitment, onboarding, or employee engagement is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other HR or project management tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
