The Supplier Success Manager ensures that vendors follow company policies and standards, while maintaining strong relationships with them for ongoing business needs. The role works closely with the Procurement Head to monitor, evaluate, and improve vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update vendor information in SAP ERP, including accreditation, performance evaluations, and compliance documents.
  • Assist new vendors with onboarding and accreditation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Support the Procurement team in evaluating vendors, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and share vendor reports, performance evaluations, and compliance updates.
  • Conduct vendor meetings, audits, and plant visits as needed.
  • Participate in improving vendor management processes and handle additional procurement tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
  • Training in supply chain or procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and business registration requirements.
