Job Description:

  • Supervise assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts and outstanding account receivables.
  • Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.
  • Take actions to encourage timely payments
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
  • Handle questions or complaints.
  • Maintain quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Call Centre/BPO experience.
  • Proven experience as a BPO Collection Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g., skip tracing).
  • Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Experience in the Electricity and Gas industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Australian client experiences preferable but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php30,000.00 per month
