Qualifications:

  • not more than 45
  • Must have experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Graduate of Accounting or any related course
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic accounting systems
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
  • Can start immediately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate billing statements and invoices
  • Monitor and record accounts receivable transactions
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
  • Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain updated client billing records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing concerns
  • Generate regular reports on billing and collection performance
