About the role

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at access healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare BPO services. As a Registered Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent pharmaceutical care to our clients and their patients. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing accurate and timely medication information and advice to patients and healthcare professionals
  2. Reviewing and processing patient prescriptions to ensure appropriate medication dosage and usage
  3. Monitoring and reporting on patient medication usage and efficacy
  4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  6. Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a valid license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist
  2. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medications, and their effects
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Proficiency in using pharmacy-related software and information systems
  6. A commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care
