About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Workforce Management (WFM), Reporting & Analytics (RTA), and Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst at our healthcare BPO in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain robust workforce forecasting and planning models to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation
  2. Analyse key performance indicators and generate comprehensive reports to drive data-driven decision making
  3. Implement and maintain effective management information systems to provide real-time insights and support strategic planning
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Provide technical and analytical support to the operations team to enhance productivity and service quality
  6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's reporting and analytics capabilities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Analytics, or Computer Science
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, reporting, and analytics in a healthcare or BPO environment
  3. Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
