About the role

As a Clinical Pharmacist Associate at access healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative healthcare BPO.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and verifying medication orders to ensure appropriate dosing, interactions, and patient safety
  2. Providing clinical recommendations to physicians and nurses on medication therapy management
  3. Collaborating with the healthcare team to optimise patient care and outcomes
  4. Monitoring and reporting adverse drug events and medication errors
  5. Educating patients on their medication regimen and promoting medication adherence
  6. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and process optimisation

What we're looking for

  1. Pharmacy degree and current registration as a pharmacist in the Philippines
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a healthcare setting
  3. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and patient care
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail to ensure accurate medication management
  6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
