About the role

As an MIS / RTA (Pasay & Taguig Site) in this healthcare BPO, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of healthcare-related topics
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall success of the team
