The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Senior Marketing Expert who is more than just a marketer—they are a strategist, designer, content creator, and technical problem solver. You'll lead our SEO (on-page & off-page), Google Ads, content & social media, website work (WordPress + Elementor), small scripting/automation tasks, and much more. Job Summary:
You will be our go-to digital marketing lead combining technical SEO, paid advertising, content & design, social media, and website work. You'll help drive traffic, lead generation, and brand growth via organic & paid channels and support content creation. This is a role for someone who loves both analytics & visual/design detail, who is comfortable with technical tools (JavaScript etc), and who enjoys owning projects end-to-end while collaborating with a supportive, stable team.
What you'll do (Primary Responsibilities):
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO: keyword research, metadata, site structure, link building, technical site audits.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns: setup, copywriting, bid strategies, optimization, reporting.
- Oversee content creation & correction: write or edit copy, ensure content is SEO-friendly, grammatically excellent, aligned with brand voice.
- Manage social media channels: planning content calendars, graphics, engagement, promotions. The ability to optimise conversion.
- Work with WordPress (including ) + Elementor: build or update landing pages, blogs, ensure design consistency, speed, mobile responsiveness.
- Use JavaScript (or small scripts) / Google Apps Script / AppSheet for automating tasks, enhancing site interactions, tracking, etc.
- Strong eye for design & detail: layout, typography, image selection, branding consistency.
- Optional / Nice-to-have: ability to build or help with backend or front-end application pieces (APIs / small custom plugins etc).
Skills Required:
Must-Have Skills
- SEO: advanced on page, off page, technical, audits
- Experience with analytics tools beyond basics: GTM, advanced GA4 etc.
- Google ads/PPC campaign management
- Intermediate to advanced skill in + Elementor
- Intermediate to advanced skill in Javascript knowledge (for web enhancement/ tracking)
- Strong content writing/ editing/ proofreading ability
- Graphic design including basic video editing
- Social media content planning and execution
- Brand sense and design eye (graphics, layout, consistency)
- Excellent communication: written and verbal, clarity, responsiveness
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:
- Basic front-end / backend app development
- Experience with AppSheet, Google Apps Script
- Meta / Facebook / Instagram Ads experience
- Experience in the health / aesthetics / beauty industry
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) skills
- Project management / leadership experience

- You have minimum of 3+ years experience in digital marketing roles covering SEO, paid ads, content, design & website work.
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in web design, software, multi media design or related field.
- Strong in + Elementor, good working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Excellent grammar, attention to detail & eye for design.
- Creative, driven, able to work independently but also collaboratively.
- Comfortable with flexibility around hours; Same time zone as Philippines
- Strong communication skills—able to explain ideas clearly, give feedback, accept feedback.
Compensation: ₱200-₱500 / hour (depending on experience & skills), negotiable.
