As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to help us enhance our online presence and deliver an exceptional user experience to students, parents, and educators.

Position Overview

We're seeking a WordPress Developer who is passionate about both design and functionality. This role involves building and maintaining our website, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user interaction across devices. You'll play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, improving site usability, and showcasing Park Tutoring's programs, values, and success stories online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Park Tutoring's WordPress website and landing pages.
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement new content, features, and UI/UX improvements.
  • Ensure website performance, security, and SEO optimization.
  • Conduct regular website audits and updates to ensure functionality and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website.
  • Integrate tools such as contact forms, scheduling systems, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Support digital campaigns through the development of custom pages, pop-ups, and email templates as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio or examples of previous work required).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web performance tools.
  • Knowledge of popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
  • Experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (ADA compliance) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Experience in the education or tutoring industry.
