LaunchOD is a fast-growing marketing agency helping optometrists and eye clinics scale using elite digital advertising. We generate predictable patient appointments, and we are looking for a Google Ads pro who can own PPC performance end-to-end.

Role Overview

We need a Google Ads / PPC Specialist who can build, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts. Your mission is simple:

Lower cost per lead. Increase volume. Maintain quality.

You must understand how to diagnose account performance, identify bottlenecks, test aggressively, and ensure campaigns improve week after week.

Your ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads (Primary Role)

  • Build, launch, and manage PPC and LSA campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Retargeting).
  • Create high-intent keyword lists and high-converting ad copy.
  • Configure conversion tracking (forms, calls, GHL integrations).
  • Optimize campaigns daily for CPL, CPA, CTR, quality score, and ROAS.
  • Monitor search terms and eliminate wasted spend.
  • Improve landing page alignment and recommend funnel adjustments.
  • Manage multiple accounts without missing details.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide weekly KPI reports every Monday before 12 PM EST.
  • Communicate wins, issues, and recommendations proactively.
  • Identify when new hooks, offers, or creative are needed.
  • Work directly with Jason (CEO) on strategy and performance.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years Google Ads experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of search intent, keyword strategy, and PPC psychology.
  • Comfortable managing budgets from $50/day to $200+/day.
  • You take full ownership — you do not wait to be told what to fix.
  • You understand local lead generation, not just e-commerce.
  • You are analytical, fast, and allergic to sloppy work.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is a strong advantage.
