Responsibilities:

· Conduct keyword research relevant to the geotechnical, civil, and construction engineering sectors.

· Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and lead generation.

· Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and site structure for target keywords.

· Perform technical SEO audits and address issues affecting website performance.

· Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and collaboration.

· Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.

· Work closely with management to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

· Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry SEO best practices.

· Manage or add new webpages, landing pages, and advise on strategy

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketing expert.

· Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

· Experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner).

· Familiarity with WordPress / Next js and website content management.

· Familiarity with Pipedrive.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics and Search Console.

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

· Experience with local SEO B2B targeting Australian markets.

· Understanding of engineering or construction industry terminology.

· Knowledge of Google Ads (PPC) and content marketing.
